Reservation
Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your time. By making a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Reservations are subject to availability and become effective upon completion of payment (collectively, a “Reservation”).
You may modify your Reservation online, subject to our cancellation policy and availability.
If you fail to vacate the Studio by the end time of your Reservation, Lived in Creative Studio may require you to immediately surrender your use of the space. Any continued use will automatically incur fees in 15-minute increments as per the Fee Schedule, which will be charged to the card on file ($20/15-minutes during weekdays; $25/15-minutes during weekends).
Reservation Fees
Fees for Reservations will be posted online at the time of booking (“Fees”). All Fees must be paid in full prior to the Reservation start time.
Rules and Safety Procedures
You assume responsibility for the actions of any individuals you invite to the Studio, including but not limited to employees, independent contractors, or guests (collectively, “Invitees”). All Invitees must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The studio Rules and Safety Procedures are available on our website. You are responsible for following and ensuring Invitees follow all rules and procedures and abide by all applicable laws.
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, Safety Procedures, or laws, may result in immediate termination of use without refund.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through our online reservation system.
General Bookings
Cancellations:
14+ days before reservation – Full refund.
7-13 days before reservation – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before reservation – No refund.
Rescheduling:
7+ days before reservation – One free reschedule per booking.
Less than 7 days before reservation – 50% rescheduling fee.
No-shows – Full charge applies, and a new reservation would be needed for a future session.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If Lived In Creative Studio cancels your booking for whatever reason, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any paid fees will be fully refunded.
Limitation of Liability
Lived In Creative Studio shall not be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, regardless of whether the studio was aware of potential damages. Lived In Creative Studios liability, in any case, shall not exceed 50% of the Fees paid.
Force Majeure
Lived In Creative Studio will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure Events), including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, and government restrictions. The studio will work with you to reschedule your Reservation within 30 days. If rescheduling is not possible, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Studio Space/Furniture
You are responsible for any damage or loss to the Studio or Equipment caused by you or your Invitees. Lived In Creative has sole discretion in deciding whether to repair or replace any damaged property. You will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement, plus a $200 surcharge.
If items are lost or damaged, payment will be processed immediately. If repairs or replacements result in lost profits for Lived In Creative Studio you may be charged for those as well.
If the studio is unable to process any additional charges to your credit card, interest on the outstanding amount will accrue at 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law. Any additional reasonable costs incurred for collection, including attorneys’ fees, will also be charged to you.
Video Surveillance
For the safety of our space and its occupants, Lived In Creative Studio uses video surveillance within the premises. By reserving the Studio, you consent to this monitoring. Surveillance footage is used only for security purposes and is stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements. Lived In Creative Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, with updates applicable to future Reservations.
